How it works

Three small jobs, none of them yours to pay for. One, ask for an envelope with the button above and it lands on your doormat, prepaid. Two, drop your dead phone in (tablets and laptops are welcome too) and pop it in any post box, no queue, no counter. Three, we do the rest: the device is securely wiped, worked for parts, and whatever cannot be reused is responsibly recycled, nothing to landfill.

Where the money goes

The value recovered from donated devices supports Newbury United FC and grassroots football: kits, kids, pitches, the lot. A fine retirement for a phone that gave you years of service.

What about my data?

Erase the phone first if it will let you. If it truly will not power on, take comfort in how iPhones are built: everything on the phone is encrypted, so the contents stay locked even in a phone that never wakes again. Every device that can be wiped is wiped to industry standard before anything else happens to it.

One safety rule

Never post a phone with a swollen or leaking battery. It is not safe for the postal network. Get in touch instead and we will help you find a safe local drop off.

Does it power on after all?
