No. We cannot verify what is wrong with a device that will not power on, or erase it to standard, so any price we offered would be a guess. Your council's recycling centre and any Apple store both take them free of charge.

Yes. Cracked screens are our speciality. As long as it powers on, we will buy it. The condition of the display is the main thing that moves the price.

If your device does not match the condition you described, we send a revised offer with an explanation. You can accept it or have your device returned free of charge.

Yes. Every way of sending is free and tracked: a QR code at any Post Office, a Royal Mail pickup from your door, or a postage pack if you have nothing to post it in. Any box or padded envelope works; pack it well.

We inspect within one working day of arrival, and pay by bank transfer within 48 hours of your phone arriving, counted Monday to Friday. If we send you a revised offer, the 48 hours start when you accept it.

Every device is erased in line with recognised industry standards (NIST SP 800-88 and IEEE 2883), the erasure is verified, and the erasure software's own record of it is kept against your order. You can read it in your account.

Yes. Find My (Activation Lock) must be switched off before we can buy your device. You can do it in Settings on the phone, or from iCloud.com after it is posted.

Not by post. Devices with swollen or leaking batteries are not safe to send through the UK postal network.

Devices are refurbished and reused where possible. Those beyond repair are harvested for working parts, and the rest is responsibly recycled.
