Open Settings, then About phone. The name is at the top, Galaxy S24 Ultra for example, and the model number under it, like SM-S928B. Storage is under Settings, Battery and device care, Storage. We buy the Galaxy S22 to S26 for now. Not yet the Z Fold, the Z Flip, the A series or the S24 FE.
Before you post it
Turn off Find My Mobile (Settings, Security and privacy, Lost device protection) and remove your Google and Samsung accounts (Settings, Accounts and backup, Manage accounts). A Galaxy still linked to a Google account locks itself after a reset, so we cannot test it, wipe it or pay for it. If the screen is too broken to use, remove the phone from your Google account on a computer.
