Price by storage and condition
| Galaxy S22+ | Works fine | Not perfect, screen works | Screen broken |

| 128 GB | £40 | £35 | £25 |
| 256 GB | £40 | £35 | £25 |
Every figure is today’s price list, the same one the quote reads.
The broken price is not a scrap price. With the display faulty a 128 GB Galaxy S22+ still keeps well over half of the working figure; with only the glass cracked it keeps most of it.
About the Galaxy S22+
Bigger than the standard S22, smaller than the Ultra, no pen: that is the Galaxy S22+. On the trade lists it sits a whisker above the standard model, often level with it, because buyers want the same parts from both.
The S22 range is one of the oldest we buy. A Galaxy S22+ that switches on still has value in its board, battery and cameras, which is why we buy it cracked or with the picture gone rather than turning it away.
Sure it is this one?
Open Settings, then About phone. The name is at the top (Galaxy S22+) and the model number under it: a Galaxy S22+ starts SM-S906, with a letter after it for the region, like SM-S906B for a UK phone. Storage is under Settings, Battery and device care, Storage.
Questions about selling your Galaxy S22+
Do you buy a Galaxy S22+ with screen burn-in?
Yes. Burn-in is a faint image of the keyboard, the navigation bar or the clock that stays on screen whatever you open. On an AMOLED screen it cannot be fixed without a new panel, so we price it as Screen broken: up to £25 for a 128 GB, as long as it switches on.
Do I need to remove my Google account?
Yes. Turn off Find My Mobile and remove your Google and Samsung accounts before you post it. A Galaxy still linked to a Google account locks itself after a reset (Factory Reset Protection), so we cannot test or wipe it, and we would have to send it back. With a broken screen you can remove the phone from your Google account on a computer.
My fingerprint reader stopped working after the crack. Which grade?
If the picture is still perfect, Not perfect, screen works. A fingerprint reader or face unlock that has stopped working is a fault, but it says nothing about the screen, so it is not Screen broken.
The screen was replaced. Does that matter?
Only if it is not genuine. A Samsung Service Pack screen counts as original; an aftermarket or OLED copy is Screen broken. There is no warning in Settings to check, so we look at it on arrival and, if it is a copy, offer you the revised price or the phone back free.
How fast do I get paid?
Within two working days of it reaching us, straight to your bank. The quote holds for ten days from your order, and a phone that tests differently gets a revised offer you can turn down for a free return.
