Not sure which one is yours? Picture fine means the picture is perfect however the glass looks. Picture faulty means the display itself is faulty or has been replaced. Hidden faults, battery to Face ID, are accepted in both. Our three grades, explained properly.
Is the 1 TB worth checking?
Working, the 128 GB pays £28 less, the 256 GB pays £11 less and the 512 GB pays the same. At the same capacity, the iPhone 15 Pro Max pays £85 more.
With cracked glass and a good picture the same 1 TB is £276, and with a bad LCD or a replacement screen it is £203, so the cracked glass costs you £8 at this size rather than the whole value of the phone.
The same 1 TB in the models either side: iPhone 15 Pro Max 1 TB.
If Settings, General, About shows a Capacity other than 1 TB, use one of these instead: 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB.
A terabyte, in human units
Call it 980 GB once iOS has taken its share. At the 170 MB a minute iOS quotes for 4K, that is roughly four days of continuous footage, and in photographs it is a number with no practical meaning, several hundred thousand of them. Which is the point of the size: a terabyte is not bought to be filled, it is bought so its owner never has to think about space again.
For the send, the advice is the same as for any big phone, only more so. Start the backup early, and use a cable rather than Wi-Fi if you can, because moving anywhere near a terabyte wirelessly is an overnight job at best. The erase at our end is the quick part. And before planning an overnight job at all, look at the iPhone Storage screen in Settings: it tells you how much of the terabyte ever got used, which on a size bought for peace of mind is often the smaller share.
The last step, and the smallest
Going from 512 GB to 1 TB cost roughly two hundred pounds at Apple's till. At Working grade the used gap on the iPhone 15 Pro is £0, which tells you how the second hand market really values headroom: generously at the sizes people fill, thinly at the sizes they do not.
Even so, this is the biggest number the model can earn, and no smaller size out earns it at any grade. If the screen has gone, say so plainly. A terabyte phone at the damaged grades is still serious money, and pretending otherwise only slows the payment down.
As rare as iPhones get
Hardly anybody specced a terabyte, so hardly any come back around, and that scarcity is a large part of why this page carries the highest figure on the iPhone 15 Pro. When we sell one on it is usually to somebody who has been waiting for exactly this configuration, which is the strongest position a used phone can be in. All we ask in return is the same ten second glance at the About screen as any other size, because at this money a misremembered capacity is worth catching before the postage pack goes in the post. It is also the ceiling: no bigger iPhone 15 Pro exists, so there is nothing above this page to go and check.
Worth knowing before you send it
If you remember the stories about the 15 Pro running hot when it came out, that was real and Apple fixed it in software with iOS 17.0.3. It is not a fault in the phone and it does not affect what we pay.
Is this the iPhone 15 Pro you have?
6.1 inches, three cameras, USB-C, and a titanium band that is lighter and warmer to the touch than the stainless steel on the 14 Pro. Where the mute switch used to be there is a button you can hold, which is the other giveaway.
The iPhone 15 Pro in one paragraph
The first titanium iPhone and the first with the Action button in place of the mute switch.

The 1 TB question
What is an iPhone 15 Pro 1 TB worth right now?
The size half of it is settled by the page you are on: the 1 TB is the top rung of this model's ladder, and nothing on this phone pays more. Condition does the rest, and we judge the glass and the picture apart from each other: cracked glass, or battery health below 80 per cent, is our middle grade, and a fault in the picture itself is the bottom one. The three figures at the top of this page are all for the 1 TB, and whichever one you order at holds for 10 days.
Cracked screens, battery health, Find My and how fast you are paid are answered on the iPhone 15 Pro page.
