Sell your iPhone 18 Pro
256 GB.
The 256 GB is the smallest iPhone 18 Pro Apple sold, so this is the bottom of the range for this phone. Every larger size is worth more. All three prices below are for the 256 GB and confirmed before you post anything.
iPhone 18 Pro, September 2026, 6.3 inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 120 Hz. This page is the 256 GB one.

Battery health 80% or more?

Not sure which one is yours? Picture fine means the picture is perfect however the glass looks. Picture faulty means the display itself is faulty or has been replaced. Hidden faults, battery to Face ID, are accepted in both. Our three grades, explained properly.
Is the 256 GB worth checking?
Working, the 512 GB pays £60 more, the 1 TB pays £110 more and the 2 TB pays £150 more. At the same capacity, the iPhone 17 Pro Max pays £48 less and the iPhone 18 Pro Max pays £100 more.
With cracked glass and a good picture the same 256 GB is £644, and with a bad LCD or a replacement screen it is £444, so the cracked glass costs you £10 at this size rather than the whole value of the phone.
The same 256 GB in the models either side: iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB, iPhone 18 Pro Max 256 GB.
If Settings, General, About shows a Capacity other than 256 GB, use one of these instead: 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB.
256 GB, translated into things you own
After the operating system takes its cut you are looking at roughly 230 GB of usable room. Filling that takes commitment: about 22 hours of 4K footage at Apple's estimated 170 MB a minute, or a photo library well past seventy thousand pictures. Apps stop being part of the sum altogether, since even a heavy handful of games disappears into headroom like this. Plenty of 256 GB phones go their whole first life without coming near the ceiling.
Where the size does bite is on sending day. If yours actually is loaded, budget hours rather than minutes for the backup: a couple of hundred gigabytes over home Wi-Fi is a slow crawl, so set it going when the postage pack arrives rather than when you want to head to the post office.
From here the iPhone 18 Pro only goes up
There is no cheaper size of this phone, so 256 GB is its baseline and the 512 GB sits £60 above it at Working grade. As a share of what the phone is worth, that step is far smaller than the one Apple charged when it was new, typically two hundred pounds at this end of the range, because a used buyer prices the phone first and the headroom second.
It also means the figure on this page is not a consolation number. It is the model's floor, with every other configuration priced up from exactly here.
One thing about the sizes
It starts at 256 GB and, for the first time on the smaller Pro, goes all the way to 2 TB. Check Settings, General, About before you send it, because that spread moves the price here.
Worth knowing before you send it
Nothing yet. This phone went on sale on 18 September 2026, so no pattern has had time to show. What we can tell you is that its 6.3 inch 120 Hz display is one of the dearest parts in the whole range, which is why a smashed 18 Pro is still worth a proper price here and not scrap money.
Is this the iPhone 18 Pro you have?
6.3 inches, three rear cameras, aluminium, and the newest Pro, on sale from September 2026. It is close to a 17 Pro side by side. The finishes give it away: Burgundy, Glacier and Black were never offered on the 17 Pro. Settings, General, About names it outright.

The 256 GB question
What is an iPhone 18 Pro 256 GB worth right now?
The size half of it is settled by the page you are on: the 256 GB is the bottom rung of this model's ladder, and every larger size pays more. Condition does the rest, and we judge the glass and the picture apart from each other: cracked glass, or battery health below 80 per cent, is our middle grade, and a fault in the picture itself is the bottom one. The three figures at the top of this page are all for the 256 GB, and whichever one you order at holds for 10 days.
Cracked screens, battery health, Find My and how fast you are paid are answered on the iPhone 18 Pro page.
