Sell your iPhone 11,
broken or not.
On 6 October 2026 ReMint pays £34 for a working iPhone 11 64GB, £29 if the glass is cracked and the picture is fine, and £19 if the picture is faulty. Price locked for 10 days. Bank transfer within 48 hours of arrival, Monday to Friday. Free return if you refuse a revised offer.
Prices updated 6 October 2026.
iPhone 11 64GB, Face ID failed, picture perfect: £29 against £34 working, 6 October 2026.
A cracked or broken iPhone 11 still sells. Cracked glass over a good screen is Picture fine; a bad LCD, with lines or blotches, or a replacement screen is Picture faulty. Face ID not working or a cracked back is allowed in both, though it has to switch on, and a iPhone 11 that won't charge cannot be bought.
The iPhone 11 went on sale in September 2019 with a 6.1 inch LCD screen, which makes it about 7 years old. Most sites have stopped looking properly at a phone this age, and at a broken one they barely look at all. We still do. Get your price in a minute and post it free.

Not sure which one is yours? Picture fine means the picture is perfect however the glass looks. Picture faulty means the display itself is faulty or has been replaced. Hidden faults, battery to Face ID, are accepted in both. Our three grades, explained properly.
Prices shown for 64 GB, the smallest this model came in. A working 256 GB pays £10 more.
What we know about the iPhone 11
The last iPhone with an LCD screen apart from the two SE models, and the last one with rounded sides.
Apple ran a display module replacement programme for iPhone 11 units built between November 2019 and May 2020, where the screen stops responding to touch. If that is what yours does, it is a documented fault and we already know about it.
Is this the phone you have?
Two cameras in a raised square of glass, on a 6.1 inch phone with rounded sides and a glossy back. The XR before it has one lens in the same body. The 11 Pro has three lenses on a smaller phone with a frosted, matte back.
If the screen has gone
The iPhone 11 has a 6.1 inch LCD. An LCD is cheap to source next to the OLED phones of the same year, so a cracked one holds more of its value with us.
With the picture still good, a cracked one runs 64 GB £29, 128 GB £39 and 256 GB £41. If the display itself is damaged rather than the glass over it, a 64 GB is £19.
Once the picture itself has gone, a 64 GB still holds 56 per cent, a little below the middle of our range. What a broken iPhone 11 is worth has the rest of the arithmetic.
Exact price for your size
This model came in 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. Nothing changes between them but capacity: the same 6.1 inch screen, the same cameras and the same battery in all three.
Working, this model runs 64 GB £34, 128 GB £44 and 256 GB £44. At 64 GB, the iPhone 11 Pro pays £15 more.
Why sell your iPhone 11 to ReMint?
Nobody is pretending an iPhone 11 fetches what it once did. Its panel and its body are shared with a great many other phones, so the parts go back out into repairs rather than into a bin, and that is the whole difference between a real offer and scrap value.
Free tracked postage, checked within a working day, paid within 48 hours of it arriving, erased to recognised standards with the record kept.
Making a phone is where the damage is. Not using it. Which is why the greenest phone is one that already exists.
Selling this phone keeps roughly 57 kg of CO2e worth of manufacturing in use.
Where this figure comes from
Apple publishes a lifecycle footprint of 72 kg CO2e for a 64GB iPhone 11, from mining the materials to recycling the phone. Apple states 79 per cent production. That share of 72 kg is 57 kg.
Keeping a working iPhone 11 going displaces the manufacture of a new one, so we quote the 57 kg rather than the whole 72 kg. Charging it, shipping it and recycling it happen either way.
It says roughly because it assumes your iPhone 11 replaces one that would otherwise have been built. Apple's 72 kg is for the 64GB model as published in September 2019, and a larger size carries a larger footprint.
For a sense of scale, that is the same quantity of CO2e as driving about 210 miles in an average car.
Apple, Product Environmental Report: iPhone 11, September 2019. Mileage at 0.26915 kg CO2e per mile, UK Government conversion factors 2025.
Questions people ask before selling
What is an iPhone 11 worth right now?
Two things move it, and the quote on this page settles both in under a minute. Storage size matters on this model, so check yours in Settings, General, About before you answer. Condition does the rest: cracked glass or battery health below 80 per cent puts the phone in our middle grade, and a display with a fault of its own puts it in the bottom one. Whatever the quote comes to is locked for 10 days once you order.
What does my iPhone 11 need to do for you to buy it?
It has to switch on, charge, and work. Under 80% battery is priced as Picture fine. Works fine: no cracks, everything works, battery 80% or above. Picture fine: LCD is good, front or back glass can be smashed, and Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken. Picture faulty: bad LCD, or an aftermarket screen, with the same faults allowed.
What counts as Works fine for an iPhone 11?
No cracks front or back, everything works, battery health 80 per cent or above. That is the full price for your size, shown at the top of this page.
What counts as Picture fine for an iPhone 11?
Cracked glass on the front or a cracked back is fine as long as the original LCD shows a clean image; so is a battery under 80 per cent on a phone with no cracks. Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can also be broken.
What counts as Picture faulty for an iPhone 11?
A bad LCD (lines, blotches, blank patches, touch that does not respond) or an aftermarket replacement screen. Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken too. It is the lowest of the three figures above.
My iPhone 11 has a cracked screen. Do I get next to nothing for it?
No, and this is the thing we do differently. Your phone has two layers: the glass on top, and the picture underneath it. If the glass is cracked but the picture is still perfect, we call that "picture fine", because the part that shows you things is fine. That is our middle grade, not our bottom one, and a cracked iPhone 11 with a perfect picture prices there. The bottom grade is for a fault in the picture itself: lines, blotches, blank patches, touch that does not respond, or a screen somebody has already replaced with a non original part. A cracked back counts the same as a cracked front. The quote on this page prices every grade.
Does low battery health matter on an iPhone 11?
Less than you might fear. An iPhone 11 still on its original battery is likely to be under 80 per cent health by now, and that alone does not stop us buying it. Below 80 per cent the phone counts as Picture fine rather than Working, and you see exactly what that pays before you post anything.
Can I sell an iPhone 11 that is locked to a network?
Yes. Phones bought on contract before December 2021 are often still locked years later, and we buy them: a fixed amount, shown in pounds before you commit to anything, comes off the quote, which is what a locked phone costs us to deal with. You can keep that money, because the unlock is free from your own network: ask them, and it is usually done within a day or two. It has to be you who asks, as the account holder, which is why we cannot do it for you. Unlock it before you post the phone, answer unlocked, and the full price is yours. From the iPhone 13 onwards handsets are nearly always sold unlocked, so this is mostly a question for phones the age of the iPhone 11.
Do I need to switch off Find My before selling my iPhone 11?
Yes. Find My is Apple's Activation Lock, and a phone still carrying it cannot be erased or resold, so it must be off before we can pay you. Switch it off in Settings on the iPhone 11, or from iCloud.com after it has gone in the post. If it arrives still locked we hold it for 14 days so you can remove the lock, rather than sending it straight back.
What if my iPhone 11 will not turn on?
No. We cannot check what is wrong with an iPhone 11 that will not power on, or erase it to a standard we can certify, so any price would be a guess we had to take back later. Your council's recycling centre and any Apple store take it free, which is the right home for a phone nobody can price.
How fast will I be paid for my iPhone 11, and can the offer drop?
We inspect within one working day of the phone arriving and pay by bank transfer within 48 hours of it arriving. If your iPhone 11 does not match your answers, we do not quietly cut the payment. You get a revised offer with the reason, and you can accept it or have the phone returned free of charge.
If you are still weighing it up
Three things people ask before selling a iPhone 11, answered properly rather than in a sentence.
- How to check your iPhone storage size Open Settings, General, About and read the Capacity line. That is your storage size: 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB. It takes ten seconds.
- What is a cracked iPhone actually worth? Some sites will offer you pocket change. Here is why, and what a fair price looks like.
- How much is my iPhone worth in 2026? The honest maths behind iPhone prices this year, model by model, and what moves them.
