broken or not.

Prices updated 6 October 2026.

iPhone 11 Pro 64GB, Face ID failed, picture perfect: £48 against £49 working, 6 October 2026.

A cracked or broken iPhone 11 Pro still sells. Cracked glass over a good screen is Picture fine; a bad LCD, with lines or blotches, or a replacement screen is Picture faulty. Face ID not working or a cracked back is allowed in both, though it has to switch on, and a iPhone 11 Pro that won't charge cannot be bought.

The iPhone 11 Pro went on sale in September 2019 with a 5.8 inch OLED screen, which makes it about 7 years old. Most sites have stopped looking properly at a phone this age, and at a broken one they barely look at all. We still do. Get your price in a minute and post it free.

What we know about the iPhone 11 Pro

The first iPhone with three rear cameras, and the smallest screen of any Pro model Apple has made.

On every iPhone before the 14, a cracked back means replacing the entire chassis rather than a single pane of glass, so back damage costs far more to put right than it looks like it should. We buy them broken anyway.

Is this the phone you have?

5.8 inches, three rear cameras and a matte back that does not take fingerprints. The plain 11 is bigger, glossy and has two lenses. The 11 Pro Max is this same phone at 6.5 inches, so the size in your hand decides which of the two you have.

If the screen has gone

The iPhone 11 Pro has a 5.8 inch Super Retina XDR OLED. On a screen this size the panel is a smaller share of what the phone is worth, so a crack costs you less here than you may be bracing for.

With the picture still good, a cracked one runs 64 GB £48, 256 GB £58 and 512 GB £61. If the display itself is damaged rather than the glass over it, a 64 GB is £14.

With the picture gone a 64 GB keeps 29 per cent of that, less than most of the phones we buy. What a broken iPhone 11 Pro is worth takes it size by size.

Exact price for your size

This model came in 64 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. Nothing changes between them but capacity: the same 5.8 inch screen, the same cameras and the same battery in all three.

Working, this model runs 64 GB £49, 256 GB £59 and 512 GB £62. At 64 GB, the iPhone 11 pays £15 less and the iPhone 11 Pro Max pays £16 more.

Why sell your iPhone 11 Pro to ReMint?

An iPhone 11 Pro is worth more to somebody who repairs phones than to anybody who melts them down, and that is not an insult to it. Panels, batteries and cameras from this generation are still wanted, because plenty of these are still in daily use.

Free tracked postage, checked within a working day, paid within 48 hours of it arriving, erased to recognised standards with the record kept.

USING ITITS WHOLE LIFE83%spent making it83%spent making it

Making a phone is where the damage is. Not using it. Which is why the greenest phone is one that already exists.

Selling this phone keeps roughly 66 kg of CO2e worth of manufacturing in use.

Where this figure comes from

Apple publishes a lifecycle footprint of 80 kg CO2e for a 64GB iPhone 11 Pro, from mining the materials to recycling the phone. Apple states 83 per cent production. That share of 80 kg is 66 kg.

Keeping a working iPhone 11 Pro going displaces the manufacture of a new one, so we quote the 66 kg rather than the whole 80 kg. Charging it, shipping it and recycling it happen either way.

It says roughly because it assumes your iPhone 11 Pro replaces one that would otherwise have been built. Apple's 80 kg is for the 64GB model as published in September 2019, and a larger size carries a larger footprint.

For a sense of scale, that is the same quantity of CO2e as driving about 250 miles in an average car.

Apple, Product Environmental Report: iPhone 11 Pro, September 2019. Mileage at 0.26915 kg CO2e per mile, UK Government conversion factors 2025.

Questions people ask before selling

What is an iPhone 11 Pro worth right now?

Size and condition, in that order. The sizes do not price the same on this model, so look yours up in Settings, General, About rather than guessing. Then condition, where the glass and the picture count separately: cracked glass with a perfect picture underneath is our middle grade (Picture fine), a faulty picture is our bottom grade, and battery health below 80 per cent goes in the middle grade too. The calculator on this page prices your exact combination, and once you order that price holds for 10 days.

What does my iPhone 11 Pro need to do for you to buy it?

It has to switch on, charge, and work. Under 80% battery is priced as Picture fine. Works fine: no cracks, everything works, battery 80% or above. Picture fine: LCD is good, front or back glass can be smashed, and Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken. Picture faulty: bad LCD, or an aftermarket screen, with the same faults allowed.

What counts as Works fine for an iPhone 11 Pro?

No cracks front or back, everything works, battery health 80 per cent or above. That is the full price for your size, shown at the top of this page.

What counts as Picture fine for an iPhone 11 Pro?

The LCD is good: original screen, perfect picture, and the front or back glass can be smashed. A crack free phone with a battery under 80 per cent is priced here too. Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken. Its price is the middle figure above.

What counts as Picture faulty for an iPhone 11 Pro?

Lines, bleeding, dead patches or ghost touch on the display, or a non original screen fitted. The phone must switch on and charge; a phone that will not is covered below.

My iPhone 11 Pro has a cracked screen. Do I get next to nothing for it?

Quite the opposite: a cracked iPhone 11 Pro with a working picture is the exact phone this business was built to buy. Think of the glass and the picture as two separate things. Broken glass over a perfect picture is what we call "picture fine", which sounds odd until you know that screen there means the picture, not the glass. It is our middle grade rather than our bottom one. The bottom grade is for a display with a fault of its own, lines, blotches, blank patches, or touch that ignores your finger, and for a screen already swapped for a non original one. A cracked back sits in the same grade as a cracked front, and both figures are on the quote above.

Does low battery health matter on an iPhone 11 Pro?

A phone this age has usually worn its battery below the 80 per cent line, and we buy plenty that have. It simply means the iPhone 11 Pro counts as Picture fine rather than Working. The number is in front of you before the phone goes anywhere.

Can I sell an iPhone 11 Pro that is locked to a network?

We do buy network locked phones, and an iPhone 11 Pro bought on contract may well be one: before the December 2021 ban on locked handsets, contract phones often stayed locked for years without their owners knowing. For a locked one, a fixed amount, shown in pounds before you commit to anything, comes off the quote, the cost to us of dealing with the lock. The better answer costs nothing: as the account holder you can ask your network to unlock it free, usually within a day or two, something we are not allowed to do on your behalf. Do it before you post it, answer unlocked in the quote flow, and you keep the whole price. Phones from the iPhone 13 onwards are nearly always unlocked already, so this mostly matters for models this age.

Do I need to switch off Find My before selling my iPhone 11 Pro?

Yes. Find My is Apple's Activation Lock, and a phone still carrying it cannot be erased or resold, so it must be off before we can pay you. Switch it off in Settings on the iPhone 11 Pro, or from iCloud.com after it has gone in the post. If it arrives still locked we hold it for 14 days so you can remove the lock, rather than sending it straight back.

What if my iPhone 11 Pro will not turn on?

No price on that one, because with an iPhone 11 Pro that will not switch on we cannot verify what is wrong or erase it to standard. Rather than guess at a number we say so. Apple stores and council recycling centres both take it free, and neither will try to sell you anything.

How fast will I be paid for my iPhone 11 Pro, and can the offer drop?

We check the iPhone 11 Pro within one working day of it arriving and pay by bank transfer within 48 hours of it arriving. If the phone does not match your answers, you get a revised offer and the reason for it, never a silent deduction. Turn the revised offer down and the phone comes back to you free.
