iPhone 14 Pro 128GB, Face ID failed, picture perfect: £190 against £200 working, 6 October 2026.
Selling a cracked or broken iPhone 14 Pro? A cracked iPhone with a good screen is Picture fine. A broken screen, lines, blotches or a replacement display, is Picture faulty. A smashed one with a cracked back or Face ID not working can be either; a phone that won't charge is one we cannot buy.
The iPhone 14 Pro went on sale in September 2022 with a 6.1 inch OLED screen, which makes it about 4 years old. This is the age where one is worth more to somebody who repairs phones than to anybody who scraps them, working or not. Get your price in a minute and post it free.

Not sure which one is yours? Picture fine means the picture is perfect however the glass looks. Picture faulty means the display itself is faulty or has been replaced. Hidden faults, battery to Face ID, are accepted in both. Our three grades, explained properly.
Prices shown for 128 GB, the smallest this model came in. A working 1 TB pays £30 more.
What we know about the iPhone 14 Pro
The first phone with the Dynamic Island and the first with an always on display, which is a distinctive screen and a costly one.
The back glass redesign that landed on the 14 did not reach the 14 Pro, so a cracked back here still means the whole chassis. It is the one place where the cheaper phone of that year is the easier one to repair.
Is this the phone you have?
6.1 inches, three cameras, and the Dynamic Island pill instead of a notch. The 15 Pro looks much the same, so use the charging port: the 14 Pro takes a Lightning cable and has a stainless steel band, the 15 Pro takes USB-C and is titanium.
If the screen has gone
The iPhone 14 Pro has a 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR panel running at 120 Hz. A 120 Hz panel is expensive to replace, and most sites use that as their reason to treat a crack as a write off. We repair instead.
With the picture still good, a cracked one runs 128 GB £190, 256 GB £200, 512 GB £208 and 1 TB £210. If the display itself is damaged rather than the glass over it, a 128 GB is £119.
Once the picture itself has gone, a 128 GB still holds 60 per cent, a little above the middle of our range. What a broken iPhone 14 Pro is worth has the rest of the arithmetic.
Exact price for your size
This model came in 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB. Nothing changes between them but capacity: the same 6.1 inch screen, the same cameras and the same battery in all four.
Working, this model runs 128 GB £200, 256 GB £220, 512 GB £225 and 1 TB £230. At 128 GB, the iPhone 14 Plus pays £93 less and the iPhone 14 Pro Max pays £40 more.
Why sell your iPhone 14 Pro to ReMint?
A broken 120 Hz panel is exactly what the big sites are worst at: they price it as a total loss and hand you the difference. We do the repair ourselves and sell the phone on, so the saving lands in your price instead.
Free tracked postage, checked within a working day, paid within 48 hours of it arriving, erased to recognised standards with the record kept.
Making a phone is where the damage is. Not using it. Which is why the greenest phone is one that already exists.
Selling this phone keeps roughly 53 kg of CO2e worth of manufacturing in use.
Where this figure comes from
Apple publishes a lifecycle footprint of 65 kg CO2e for a 128GB iPhone 14 Pro, from mining the materials to recycling the phone. Apple states 81 per cent production. That share of 65 kg is 53 kg.
Keeping a working iPhone 14 Pro going displaces the manufacture of a new one, so we quote the 53 kg rather than the whole 65 kg. Charging it, shipping it and recycling it happen either way.
It says roughly because it assumes your iPhone 14 Pro replaces one that would otherwise have been built. Apple's 65 kg is for the 128GB model as published in September 2022, and a larger size carries a larger footprint.
For a sense of scale, that is the same quantity of CO2e as driving about 200 miles in an average car.
Apple, Product Environmental Report: iPhone 14 Pro, September 2022. Mileage at 0.26915 kg CO2e per mile, UK Government conversion factors 2025.
Questions people ask before selling
What is an iPhone 14 Pro worth right now?
Two things move it, and the quote on this page settles both in under a minute. Storage size matters on this model, so check yours in Settings, General, About before you answer. Condition does the rest: cracked glass or battery health below 80 per cent puts the phone in our middle grade, and a display with a fault of its own puts it in the bottom one. Whatever the quote comes to is locked for 10 days once you order.
What does my iPhone 14 Pro need to do for you to buy it?
It has to switch on, charge, and work. Under 80% battery is priced as Picture fine. Works fine: no cracks, everything works, battery 80% or above. Picture fine: LCD is good, front or back glass can be smashed, and Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken. Picture faulty: bad LCD, or an aftermarket screen, with the same faults allowed.
What counts as Works fine for an iPhone 14 Pro?
An iPhone 14 Pro with whole glass, nothing wrong and a battery of at least 80 per cent. It earns the top figure above.
What counts as Picture fine for an iPhone 14 Pro?
A smashed iPhone 14 Pro with a good LCD, the original screen and a perfect picture, or a crack free one whose battery is under 80 per cent. Face ID, a camera, a speaker or a button can be broken. It usually keeps most of the working price.
What counts as Picture faulty for an iPhone 14 Pro?
A bad LCD (lines, blotches, blank patches, touch that does not respond) or an aftermarket replacement screen. Face ID, a camera, sound or a button can be broken too. It is the lowest of the three figures above.
My iPhone 14 Pro has a cracked screen. Do I get next to nothing for it?
No, and this is the thing we do differently. Your phone has two layers: the glass on top, and the picture underneath it. If the glass is cracked but the picture is still perfect, we call that "picture fine", because the part that shows you things is fine. That is our middle grade, not our bottom one, and a cracked iPhone 14 Pro with a perfect picture prices there. The bottom grade is for a fault in the picture itself: lines, blotches, blank patches, touch that does not respond, or a screen somebody has already replaced with a non original part. A cracked back counts the same as a cracked front. The quote on this page prices every grade.
Does low battery health matter on an iPhone 14 Pro?
The 80 per cent line in Settings, Battery is the thing to look at first. Above it, a crack free iPhone 14 Pro is Working grade. Below it the phone counts as Picture fine, which is a real price rather than a refusal, and the quote shows you that number before you post anything.
Can I sell an iPhone 14 Pro that is locked to a network?
You can: we buy network locked phones. Check the lock is really there first though, because it probably is not: selling locked handsets has been banned in the UK since December 2021, so phones from the iPhone 13 onwards, your iPhone 14 Pro included, are nearly always unlocked already. If yours is locked, a fixed amount, shown in pounds before you commit to anything, comes off the quote. Or keep the whole price: ask your network to unlock it before you post it, which is free, usually done within a day or two, and something only the account holder can do, so we cannot do it for you. Not sure is still an honest answer in the quote flow; nothing comes off for it, and if the phone turns out to be locked we tell you before anything else happens.
Do I need to switch off Find My before selling my iPhone 14 Pro?
It has to come off, because Find My is Apple's Activation Lock and nobody can wipe or resell a phone that still has it switched on. Do it in Settings before you post the iPhone 14 Pro, or sign in at iCloud.com and remove the device afterwards. A phone that arrives locked is held for 14 days to give you time to sort it.
What if my iPhone 14 Pro will not turn on?
No. We cannot check what is wrong with an iPhone 14 Pro that will not power on, or erase it to a standard we can certify, so any price would be a guess we had to take back later. Your council's recycling centre and any Apple store take it free, which is the right home for a phone nobody can price.
How fast will I be paid for my iPhone 14 Pro, and can the offer drop?
Inspection happens within one working day of arrival, and the money follows by bank transfer within 48 hours of the phone arriving. If the iPhone 14 Pro in front of us does not match what you told us, the price does not just shrink: we send a revised offer with an explanation, and you choose between taking it and having the phone back free.
If you are still weighing it up
Three things people ask before selling a iPhone 14 Pro, answered properly rather than in a sentence.
- How to check your iPhone storage size Open Settings, General, About and read the Capacity line. That is your storage size: 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB. It takes ten seconds.
- Sell an iPhone with lines or blank patches on the screen Green lines, blots, ghost touch or a strip that ignores your finger: ReMint buys iPhones with faulty displays.
- How to get your phone ready to send Five minutes of prep: back up, sign out, wipe. Here is the order that avoids headaches.
